NOODLE-SOUP

蔬菜汤

Ingredienti:

– 洋葱- 大蒜- 胡萝卜- 芹菜- 面条- 酱油- Nduja

 

Method:

Put spring onion, garlic,carrot and celery already washed and cut in 1lt of water in a saucepan, then heat.Simmer for 35 mins, add 20ml of soy sauce and noodles then cook for 4-5 mins.Serve in a soup tureen and add a nut of Nduja using the sac à poche.
