Fried egg with ‘nduja

The fried egg with ‘nduja is not the usual fried egg, but a very tasty and spicy second dish with the addition of this famous Calabrian salami. The recipe is simple and quick to prepare.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 eggs
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ‘nduja
  • salt


Take a pan and melt ‘nduja in olive oil. Mix to obtain a homogeneous sauce. Then break the eggs and let them fry, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and serve hot. Enjoy your meal !!!
