Put slides spring onion, carrot, celery and grated garlic clove already washed and cut in 1lt of water in saucepan, then heat for 35 mins.
In the meantime put 1 lt of water to cook the rice. When it is ready, serve the rice in a soup tureen without water and leave to cool.
Then, as soon as the vegetables are ready, flavored with soya sauce, turn the rice previously put to cool, in a flat plate with the vegetables and decorated with Nduja.
