- 250 gr. spreadable nduja
- few leaves of thyme to decorate
- 12 dried black olives baked
- 12 flatbread with extra virgin olive
Get the salami ‘nduja to prepare flatbread with ‘nduja and black baked olives: pick it up in a bowl and pour it into the pastry bag using a spoon. Take few sprigs of thyme whose leaves will be used to garnish the flatbread. Finally get black olives dried in the oven, you can also season them in a bowl with chopped red pepper, oregano and a little extra virgin olive oil to flavor further. Now compose your flatbread with ‘nduja and black baked olives: on a cutting board place the flatbread, put some ‘nduja with pastry bag, and then place on each flatbread a black baked olive.
