Noodle soup


  • 1 Spring onion
  • Garlic clove
  • 1 Carrot
  • Slides celery
  • Noodles
  • Soy sauce
  • Nduja



Put spring onion, garlic,carrot and celery already washed and cut in 1lt of water in a saucepan, then heat. Simmer for 35 mins, add 20ml of soy sauce and noodles then cook for 4-5 mins. Serve in a soup tureen and add a nut of Nduja using the sac à poche.
