Cod in almond tart and Nduja


  • 4 skinless cod fillets
  • oil olive
  • breadcrumbs
  • 50-100 gr of flaked almonds
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nduja
  • spinach



Mix the breadcrumbs and flaked almonds then season with salt and pepper after that lay the cod fillets in a shallow dish, sprinkle both sides of the fillets with the mix that we did previously.
In the meantime, heat the pan and lay the cod fillets on it over medium heat until the crust is browned.
Finally place the cod fillets on the plate and garnish with the spinach and Nduja.
